Tennis Teams Ranked Among Top 20 in Midwest

According to the latest ITA tennis rankings, the Truman women are rated 15th in the Midwest, while the men are sitting at 20th.

Senior Oleysa Paramanova is currently ranked 25th among Midwest singles players with a 15-5 overall record. In doubles play, Allison Schuller and Jessica McKinney are ranked 18th in the Midwest.

The Truman women's tennis team is now 7-6 in duals for the year and fell to 1-1 in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association after losing at Missouri Southern yesterday, 5-4.

For the men's team, Justin Menolascino is ranked 22nd among Midwest singles players, while he and Erich Podzinski are rated 15th in doubles play. Menolascino leads the team with 12 wins to three losses as the No. 1 player. He and Podzinski have teamed up to post a 5-3 record in doubles action this spring.

The Truman men are 6-5 in duals and 2-0 in the MIAA.
