Alan Heincker Named MIAA Track Athlete of the Week
MIAA Indoor Track Male Athlete of the Week: Alan Heincker
Heincker, a 6-foot-1, 150-pound senior from Dittmer, Mo., earned a provisional qualifying mark for nationals in the 5,000 meters at the University of Nebraska Invitational last weekend.
He placed second in the race with a clocking of 14 minutes, 34.69 seconds. Heincker was the top finisher among nine MIAA runners in the field (Emporia State and Northwest Missouri State also competed at NU).
