box score

The Bulldogs completed a sweep this weekend with a 4-0 victory vs. Minnesota-Duluth in Grand Forks, N.D. on Sunday. Senior Ellen Wright scored an early goal in the sixth minute as sophomore Lauren Davis made three saves for her first shutout of the season.

Senior Sara Murray added a pair of goals to tie the Bulldog career goals mark at 48. She needs just one to break former Bulldog Kathy Corson's mark set in 1992. Murray already has four goals on the season. Sophomore Robyn Mortenson added her first goal of the year in the victory.

Truman is now 2-0 on the season and will next face Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association opponent, Missouri Southern State University in a noon tilt on Labor Day (Sept. 6) in Kirksville.
