It took 40 minutes before the Bulldogs broke through and scored twice in the first half. Chayil Wiedman had the first of her two goals on the day, when she scored an unassisted goal off a rebound.
With :32 seconds left in the period, Lauren Hawks scored her third goal of the season when she converted on a penalty kick past Bearcat keeper Megan Newland. In the second half, Emily Newsham scored her team leading fourth goal of the year with Katie Buning and Rachel McCarville assisting.
Wiedeman added the final goal of the game with just under four minutes to play, again unassisted.
Lauren Davis played the first 60 minutes of the game and Emily Roark finished the contest off having to make the only save for the Bulldogs. Northwest could only muster two shots on the day and only one on goal.
