The Teams are comprised of four player teams who compete against other teams within their age division (4-6), (7-9), and (10-12). Individuals not signed up with a team will be assigned to a team.
The Hitting League is led by head coach, Dan Davis and his coaching staff. These camps are designed to help young baseball players develop and improve their hitting skills during the off-season. The goal of the coaching staff is to provide quality instruction and help young players develop an appreciation for the game of baseball while having fun!
Truman Bulldog Baseball
Hitting League
The philosophy of the Bulldog Hitting League is to provide a way for young players to improve their skills under competitive game conditions. The focus is taking what is learned during the individual instruction into a competitive game situation. Although score is kept, the primary focus is on IMPROVEMENT, not on winning or losing.

COACH’S CORNER
Past Hitting Leagues have been comprised of over 30 teams! Over the last few years, several of the participants became all-state players and went on to play college baseball! It is a great way for teams and individuals to improve their skills throughout the winter.
