High School: Conway averaged a double-double as a senior at Waterloo High School by posting 19 points and 11 rebounds – along with four blocks – per game. She was a St. Louis Post-Dispatch third-team all-Metro, an Associated Press honorable mention all-state pick and an IBS third-team all-state selection following her senior season. During the season, Conway was listed in Sports Illustrated’s “Faces in the Crowd” section on Feb. 19, 2009.

She was a top-100 prospect in the class 3A/4A division, as selected by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association.
