2008 – Ran in the first four races with a best overall finish being 23rd at the Miner Invitational…best 8K time was 27:31.3 at the Brissman-Lundeen meet…was named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2007 – Was in five races as a freshman…was fifth on the team and 24th overall at the ESU Jock’s Nitch meet…crossed in 29:03.73 (46th place) at the conference championship meet and was 94th at the NCAA South Central regional.

High School – Was a qualifier for the state cross country meet while running for Boone High School for coach Gary Achenbach and Doug Dodd…qualified in the 3200 meter run both junior and senior seasons and was the conference champion in the 3200 during sophomore and junior years…held record in the 3200 and the 1600 meter run…was the Little Hawkeye Conference cross country champion.

Personal – Born May 15, 1989…sonof Thomas and Julie Venner…an exercise science major.
