HIGH SCHOOL - Playing at shortstop and in the outfield for Lincoln-Way Central High School, started on the varsity team sophomore through senior year ... named captain of the team senior year and received the top academic softball player award ... ran up a 32-3 record in 2006 ... also competed in volleyball as a defensive specialist, lettering all four years.
