Year: Freshman
Position: Midfielder
Height: 5-7
Hometown: Manchester, Mo.
High School: Parkway South
High School: Skornia started four years for head coach Al Trost at Parkway South High School and was the team captain in both her junior and senior years. She was named the squad’s defensive player of the year in 2006 and 2007, while her team was a state finalist in 2008. In 2009, Skornia picked up all-conference honors. She also started four years for the IKP/Swanner United Soccer Club.
Personal: Born October 11, 1990, in Ballwin, Mo. ... the daughter of Mark and Jane Skornia ... an Exercise Science major.
