April 29, 2009 – Truman women’s basketball head coach Michael Smith has released the names of two student-athletes that will join the Bulldog program in the fall of 2009. Guard Jenny Dorman and forward Megan Sharpe become the seventh and eighth members of Smith’s first full recruiting class at Truman.

April 20, 2009 – Truman women’s basketball head coach Michael Smith has announced the signing of Cassie Hunt for the 2009-2010 season. Hunt becomes the sixth member of the 2009 recruiting class, joining five that were inked last fall.

March 2, 2009 - The MIAA released its all-conference teams for the 2008-09 women’s basketball season on Monday, and senior forward Georgia Mueller (Springfield, Ill.) capped her career with a second-team selection. It marked her third consecutive all-conference pick.

Feb. 28, 2009 – The Truman women’s basketball team shot 60% from the field and hit 7-of-11 three-pointers in an 83-58 senior day home win against the University of Central Missouri Jennies. The Bulldogs saw five players finish in double-figures, led by senior Georgia Mueller’s 23.

Feb. 27, 2009 - The 2008-2009 season draws to a close for the Truman women’s basketball team this Saturday, as the Bulldogs look to end the season on a two-game winning streak when they host the Central Missouri Jennies at 1:00 p.m.
