Women's Swimming
Jan. 23, 2010 – Drury University defeated by the men’s and women’s swimming teams on Saturday. The women fell 157-78 while the men lost 165-64.
Jan. 16, 2010 – The Truman swimming teams competed in a three-team meet at Division I-Missouri State University on Saturday, but both came back 0-2 as the squads fell short against MSU and Southern Illinois University in dual scoring. Junior Emily Buss logged the team’s single individual win on the day, taking the 200-yard breaststroke.
Jan. 23, 2010 – For the second time this season, senior swimmer Kate Aherne has been named the Division II National Collegiate Swimmer of the Week by CollegeSwimming.com.
Jan. 9, 2010 – Both Bulldog swimming teams came out on top in the second dual in as many days against Lewis University (Ill.). The women won 110-79 and the men took a 115-89 victory over the Flyers.
Jan. 8, 2010 – The Truman Swimming teams spilt on the first night of a two-day dual meet with Lewis University (Ill.) on Friday. The women won 139.5-61.5 while the men lost a narrow 104.5-100.5 decision. Both teams will be back in the pool at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
