September 16, 2010 – The 16th-ranked Truman volleyball team will play in front of its home crowd for the first time in 2010 this Friday night in a second-straight top-25 battle, as No. 3 Washburn comes to Kirksville for a 7 pm match. Following that, Truman will face Fort Hays State at 4 pm on Saturday afternoon.
September 14, 2010 - Despite hitting .340 as a team and getting a 20-kill, zero-error performance from sophomore middle blocker Megan Sharpe, the 16th-ranked Truman Bulldog volleyball squad was outslugged in an offensive showcase Wednesday night at No. 13 Emporia State. The Hornets defeated Truman, 3-1 (-21, -22, 24-26, 26-24), in a tight match that featured 35 ties and 17 lead changes.
September 11, 2010 – The No. 15 Truman volleyball squad was handed its first loss of the season but earned a split in day two of action at the Triton Classic on Saturday. Truman swept Arkansas-Fort Smith to open the day but were defeated, 3-0, by host Missouri-St. Louis in the afternoon’s final match. The Bulldogs are 7-1 on the season and will open up MIAA play on Tuesday night at No. 13 Emporia State at 7 pm.
September 9, 2010 - After jumping ten spots in the most recent AVCA Div. II Coaches’ top-25 poll, the No. 15 Truman volleyball squad travels to the University of Missouri-St. Louis for its second straight weekend of non-conference action. The Bulldogs will face four teams in two days, including the host Tritons in one of three matches against Great Lakes Valley Conference foes.
